Many shooters attempt to recreate the magic of quintessential first-person shooters such as Doom or Quake, but few aim to go after that sweet, sweet GoldenEye 007 nostalgia. Agent 64: Spies Never Die is one of those brave examples, with intentions to capture the iconic Nintendo 64 shooter on PC, so many years later. In some ways, Agent 64's solo developer succeeds in delivering a fitting homage to a legendary title. Agent 64 plays like you thought GoldenEye 007 did back in 1997, somehow emulating the auto-aim feel and classic gameplay in an impressive way.
