Sonic Knock Review - A Skill Based Board Game Of Smashing Your Puck Into Another

It's so uncommon to have a Board Game where your skill in reading and comprehending cards, or crafting a predictable strategy, isn't important, but instead a physical skill is required. I played Sonic Knock from Kess Entertainment, mixing pogs with Sonic power-ups and characters; this game will have you flicking your puck across a board to be the first to escape. Inside the Sonic Knock box, you'll find a gameboard, colored pucks for each of the playable characters and corresponding Target decks, an additional Puck for Eggman, board hazards like Badniks and a loop, and a box to fit the various colored rings and power-up deck. The Gameboard is quick to assemble, letting you build up walls to ricochet off with corner pieces styled after the grass growing on Green Hill Zone from the video games.
