Did you ever think you'd hear of the forgotten PS4 animal evolution sim Ancestors: A Humankind Odyssey again? I most certainly didn't, but here we are with the announcement of a PS5 version coming 8th December 2026. Panache Digital Games revealed it'll be debuting on Nintendo consoles with a Switch 2 edition, which I suspect is the main reason behind today's reveal. However, in the process, the developer has also decided to put out native PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.
