Cygames announced on the official website for Umamusume: Pretty Derby that it will not only offer refunds as a result of the canceled 7th Event World Tour: The Stage in Los Angeles concert in LA, California, but will also reimburse people for travel and lodging related to the event. As of time of writing, the statement is unavailable on the site due to the PHP fixes, but updates for the process will be announced there and on social media. In the Umamusume: Pretty Derby site statement, Cygames stated it would reimburse attendees out of pocket both for people who “canceled their travel and lodging reservations due to the concert’s cancellation” and “for trainers who have already traveled to Los Angeles.” It didn’t offer details, email addresses, or forms tied to the process yet. As a reminder, this Umamusume: Pretty Derby concert ended up canceled as a result of the current US government’s administration not processing the visas for the voice actresses and performers for the 7th Event World Tour: The Stage in Los Angeles.
