As of time of writing, the statement is unavailable on the site due to the PHP fixes, but updates for the process will be announced there and on social media. In the Umamusume: Pretty Derby site statement, Cygames stated it would reimburse attendees out of pocket both for people who “canceled their travel and lodging reservations due to the concert’s cancellation” and “for trainers who have already traveled to Los Angeles.” It didn’t offer details, email addresses, or forms tied to the process yet.
