LIV Golf’s filing for bankruptcy protection has revealed that they owe YouTuber Rick Shiels around $1.4 million for work. At the end of April, the Saudi Public Investment Fund confirmed it would stop funding the golf tour once the 2026 season comes to a close. On September 8, LIV Golf filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States, with plans to restructure the tour and at least $45m (£33m) owed to players like Jon Rahm, DeChambeau, and Dustin Johnson.
