Two new Pokemon-themed hotel rooms will appear in the city of Awara in Japan’s Fukui Prefecture in late 2026. The first-generation dragon Pokemon Dragonite will be the creature primarily featured in these hotel rooms. [Thanks, Pokemon Information Nakayama!] The hotel in question will be Grandia Housen. The specific suites will feature a mix of Japanese and Western-styled rooms, with each zone sized at 12.5 and 10 tatami mats (around 218 and 174.4 sq ft), respectively.
