Nintendo set a release date for the first Pokemon Pokopia underwater Bubbly Basin DLC that adds a new area and reasons to Dive underwater to the game. It will launch on the Switch 2 on August 5, 2026. The 2.0.0 patch will show up for everyone that same day the add-on launches, adding the Pokemon Manaphy and ability to Dive for everyone. Pokemon Pokopia is available for the Switch 2, its Zorua’s Hide-and-Sneak Contest event runs July 19-27, 2026, and the Bubbly Basin DLC arrives on August 5, 2026.
