A developer behind Dressmaker, the viral Steam game about sewing your own garments, has revealed he “couldn’t be more proud” of the game’s popularity. Since its release on September 21, Dressmaker has quickly climbed to the top of Steam’s top sellers. In fact, the cosy game sits in seventh place behind popular PC gaming giants like Counter-Strike 2 and Wardogs. Dressmaker isn’t the only surprise hit to top Steam’s charts this year, as Meccha Chamelion went viral after selling three million copies and reaching 340,534 players shortly after its June 10 launch.
