Nintendo closed out The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct with a reveal of a special Switch 2 system and Pro Controller based on the series. Both will launch on October 29, 2026, ahead of the November 2026 debut of the Ocarina of Time remake. The price went up to $499.99 in the US and Canada on September 1, 2026.
