Sign-ups have kicked off, and will be available until 31st August at 11:59pm PT, 2:59am ET, 7:59am BST (1st September). The test also isn't open to everyone in the world; only players in these countries can sign-up: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong.
