Pokemon x Starbucks collab reveals Pikachu latte and massive merch collection

Pokemon and Starbucks are launching a collaboration in Japan, with a Pikachu-inspired latte and merchandise items featuring some of the series’ best-known characters. The cute collab drink goes on sale across Starbucks stores in Japan, comes in a Tall size, and will set you back ¥678 (around $4.28) to go or ¥690 ($4.35) in store. Among the items are a ¥4,800 ($30.29) straw tumbler with a Poke Ball-inspired lid, a Pokemon x Starbucks apron for the same price, and a 550ml kettle that features Pikachu with his pals for ¥5,800 ($36.60). Most of the collection will go on sale through Starbucks Japan’s online store from September 30 to October 2, while the Pikachu Honey Cream Latte will be available from September 30 to October 8.
