Winter’s Chill change to: Gives your Frostbolt, Frost Blast, and Fingers of Frost empowered Ice Lance spells a 20/40/60/80/100% chance to apply Winter’s Chill, increasing the target’s damage taken from your next Cone of Cold by 5% and it gains an additional 7% of your spell damage, stacking up to 5 times. Mental Strength moved to Row 2 from Row 4 and changed to increase your intellect by 2/4/6/8/10%. New talent (Row 4): Dark Inspiration – Your Mind Blast and fully channeled Mind Flay causes Dark Inspiration, increasing yours and your party’s Spirit by 3/6/9/12/15% for 10 seconds. Shadow Mastery changed to increasing your Shadow spell damage by 2/4/6/8/10% (Was 1/2/3/4/5%).
