Discord delays controversial age verification rollout, saying it "missed the mark" following community outcry "We know many of you believe the right answer is not to do this at all." Discord co-founder and chief technology officer Stanislav Vishnevskiy has announced the company is delaying the global rollout of its controversial age verification requirements, admitting it "missed the mark". Earlier this month, Discord revealed it would begin a "phased global rollout" of a new update in March that would give all new and existing users a "teen-appropriate experience" by default. Essentially, this meant many of the platform's features - including access to age-gated channels, servers, app commands, and "sensitive content" - would be heavily restricted unless users had been age verified. This, the company said at the time, would enable it to give "teens strong protections while allowing verified adults flexibility".
The anime studio behind Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX almost made the fantasy cartoon I've been dreaming of, but this 2 minute clip is all we get Comic creator Andrew MacLean's Head Lopper almost became a gorgeous, gonzo anime from Project Studio Q Weekly digests, tales from the communities you love, and more You are now subscribed Your newsletter sign-up was successful Want to add more newsletters? Comic writer/artist Andrew MacLean's over-the-top fantasy comic Head Lopper is one the best barbarian comics of the last decade, and its immediately recognizable visual style and bloody, gonzo action was almost adapted into an animated series from Project Studio Q, the same anime studio that brought us Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. Unfortunately, as often happens, the streamer that was in talks to bring the Head Lopper anime to screens wound up fading away through numerous mergers and changes in ownership, leaving Head Lopper by the wayside. I've also been the on-site reporter at most major comic conventions such as Comic-Con International: San Diego, New York Comic Con, and C2E2.

If you have the Xbox mobile app and you have notifications enabled, your phone may be blowing up today. Many people, including editors here at GameSpot, have received numerous "test" notifications from the Xbox app today, February 25. The message states, "Mobile Test Message" as the header, with text that reads, "This is a dummy message sent via braze, please capture a screenshot once you receive it. GamesRadar+ Verdict The PDP Riffmaster guitar controller has reawakened Guitar Hero nostalgia in many a gamer in recent years. It's been over a decade since that franchise launched a new game, but with modern alternatives like Clone Hero and Fortnite Festival now in the mix, the Riffmaster has been one of few controllers to provide people with a way to play them. Pros - + Multiple QOL benefits from older Guitar controllers - + Foldable design - + Fret buttons feel excellent - + Plays great Cons - - Hollow build quality for the money - - Strumming bar could be clickier - - Fairly plain design compared to the competition - - No official face plates (still) Why you can trust GamesRadar+ Having been born in the late 90s, I, like many a gamer, have a library of memories from the Guitar Hero days. When I did my preview of the Riffmaster, PDP had told me the price was going to be $129.99 / £129.99, which it did launch to.

While real life isn’t quite there yet, new research suggests dreams can be “hacked” in ways that affect thinking the next day. Their success rate solving those problems the next day doubled from 20% to 40%.
