It seems as though the Discworld RPG is growing, because a new expansion starring some of the setting's most beloved characters has just been revealed. Modiphius Entertainment is pulling back the curtain on Discworld: Adventures in Lancre and Überwald, a new sourcebook for its Discworld RPG system that emerged last year. As the name would suggest, this tome will let you explore Lancre (home to witches like the famous Granny Weatherwax) and the vampire-riddled Überwald. You'll also be able to explore The Chalk, where the tiny Wee Free Men live.
Modiphius Entertainment's first official Discworld board games will be available for pre-order. Specifically, two tabletop adaptations based on the acclaimed sci-fi fantasy book series by literary icon Terry Pratchett will be coming soon to their webstore. The Discworld Board Games Pre-Order Announcement According to a press release, the two official Discworld board games are eclectic experiences centered on characters or elements of Pratchett's books. As for which characters and elements Modiphius chose to adapt, a key factor was a survey of Discworld fans conducted in February 2024 when the deal between the company and Pratchett's estate was made public.

Knizia is something of a legend amongst the tabletop community with plenty of awards to his name (one of his most recent projects was the excellent Hobbit: There and Back Again roll and write game, which you can find for just under $40 at Amazon), so the fact that Readers Digested adapts his work is enough to put it on the radar so far as I'm concerned.
