"Toss A Coin To Your Witcher" might be Dandelion's greatest ballad, but have you heard about the one where Geralt and a bunch of monsters partied 'til he died? Or how about that time Geralt got cut in half by a portal? Getting Inspired The Witcher, be it in the original novels, video games, or TV adaptation, has a fair few silly moments, but the mood still typically errs on the side of "dark and gritty." The world of The Witcher is unforgiving and cruel, and even when you have moments of levity with Geralt's quips to Dandelion or hijinks with Lambert and Eskel, nothing is quite like Reigns: The Witcher. I applaud this gacha game for ditching anime characters for puppets, but it still can't escape the pitfalls of a post-Genshin Impact world I want to live in a world where Sea of Remnants is just an RPG with no caveats. Today's Highguard major update delivers a new hero who's a wolf in all forms including physical, awoooo Fearsome howler Ekon arrives alongside a 3v3-only ranked mode Genre soupy shooter Highguard's second big update arrives today, February 6th. It'll deliver a new hero to guard those pesky highs in the form of Ekon, a bloke who can transform into a wolf. Developers Wildlight have also aimed to ensure the game's gang of established heroes don't feel left out by adding a free wolf mount, alongside a new map called Skydrift and a 3v3 ranked mode. Those all sound like they'll come in handy during 3v3 or 5v5 battles on the Skydrift map, which is comprised of a floating lost city you battle your way up via plenty of bouncing around, zip-lining, and bridge crossing.
Arc Raiders' Cold Snap update brings snow storms to most maps, new events and a new Raider Deck Arc Raiders has delivered a big new update that's very fittingly on theme, and it's not without new mechanics. Arc Raiders is kicking off its last major event of the year. The Cold Snap update arrives moments from now, and it’s perhaps the game’s biggest since its momentous launch in late October. We’ve known about the existence of Cold Snap for a while, of course, but we finally have a solid idea about what to expect.
Battlefield 6’s Season 1 patch will address weapon bloom, tweak movement, improve visibility, and change (some of) those miserable challenges The first major update for Battlefield 6 is almost ready. When it arrives this week, it's going to address a number of issues the game has been having. The Battlefield 6 honeymoon phase is nearing its end. Unfortunately, it’s going to take time for us to see them in-game, as they’re going to be rolling out over “at least two updates.” The developers’ heads are in the right place, at least, with plans to reduce the required kills for Assault Class Assignment 1 to 3 (down from 30), and the Engineer Expert 3’s vehicle repair goal to 1,000 from 6,000.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A review: Nostalgia and new mechanics combine for great Pokémon vibes Basic graphics and slightly undercooked mechanics dampen the best Pokémon game I've played in a long while. The first thing I thought upon arriving in Lumiose City in Pokémon Legends: Z-A was, 'Yes. This definitely looks like a modern Pokémon game.' Bright colours, basic textures and oddly flat buildings. Battlefield Studios on bringing squad play to the Battlefield 6 campaign, fulfilling class fantasies with missions, and whether we can expect a Warzone-like ongoing narrative Battlefield Studios set out to make a Battlefield 6 campaign that’s informed a lot more by the series’ own multiplayer than it is about other games’ campaigns. I have not played the entirety of the Battlefield 6 single-player campaign yet, but I played enough to have a solid guess as to what the high-level goals for it were. It’s also very easy to guess that some of the same people who get excited about playing the campaign mode in yearly Call of Duty releases likely won’t be moved by what Battlefield 6 is offering there, and perhaps that’s fine.
