UK Games Fund announces largest cohort of indie studios to receive grants of up to £100,000
The Prototype Fund supports studios to develop original IP and to attract further investment
The UK Games Fund has announced its largest group of funded companies since its launch in 2015. 29 independent studios across the UK have received grants of up to £100,000 through the expanded Prototype Fund. "Following the reopening of applications for the Prototype Fund [in April], we received a strong response from highly talented teams developing ambitious and innovative projects," said UK Games Fund director Kirsty Gibson.
